Neopets Layouts, hmmm... not a bad idea. Options

Hello All, Thanks for reading this.
I've been a visitor of CreateBlog for almost a year now, {And I will say, exellent myspace layouts :)} and I was thinking, I cannot make proper Myspace, Blog, ect. Layouts..BUT I am wonderfully good at NEOPET layouts..So, would it be possible if I made those kind of layouts? If not, I'll just go back to being a visitor :)

You brought it up to me, and I said I really didn't care... Honestly, are all the people on CB 13+... f**k no! There are plenty of people who lie about their age on this site... xD I mean, C'mon now! Alright, I know that the majority of the people on this site are 13+, but there are definitely people who lie.

By the way, you're all wrong about the average age of people on the neopets website:

60% of Neopet's 1,000,000+ members are over 13 years of age. Please stop shilling BS and start stating facts. Yes, Neopets does allow younger children to join the site, but the majority of those members are 13+. Also, I doubt the majority of members who are younger than 13 years of age will be surfing the web for information regarding HTML for their Neopets layouts.
