All of my nearly 18 years of life, I have only had one person say yes when I asked her out. Only it fell through so miserably that I don't even consider it to have counted at all. She was addicted to an online game, not WoW oddly enough, and tha game had taken over her entire life. I could've lived with it, I as ready to go and get the game so I could play it with her when we weren't out. But then she has her friend give me a note that says along the lines of "Sorry, I changed my mind" and has not spoken to me since then.
It's been over a year now, and I've found the person I was really looking for the whole time. We are friends and everything. We work at the same job together, all of our friends know each other, we trust each other a lot and everything. But from past ordeals, I have a really hard time saying things in person that I do in texts and myspace........... Any suggestions on how to fix that? |

Be yourself. A girl won't like you if you try to be something you are not. Ask her out in the same way of asking, "So what did you do today?"
Don't ask a friend to ask another friend to ask her siblings (if she has any) to go ask her. That way is not going to get you very far. |
