I've got a situation for you..... Options

All of my nearly 18 years of life, I have only had one person say yes when I asked her out. Only it fell through so miserably that I don't even consider it to have counted at all. She was addicted to an online game, not WoW oddly enough, and tha game had taken over her entire life. I could've lived with it, I as ready to go and get the game so I could play it with her when we weren't out. But then she has her friend give me a note that says along the lines of "Sorry, I changed my mind" and has not spoken to me since then.

It's been over a year now, and I've found the person I was really looking for the whole time. We are friends and everything. We work at the same job together, all of our friends know each other, we trust each other a lot and everything. But from past ordeals, I have a really hard time saying things in person that I do in texts and myspace...........

Any suggestions on how to fix that?

I kinda understand how you are feeling. My ex-boyfriend and me broke up about 7-8 months ago we where together for 2 years. And I was comp. inlove with him. And I've dated 3 guys after him. And well since then I haven't really been able to comp. express myself. The things I want to say to peoples faces I am only able to say threw myspace, texts, or aim. It's just really hard for me to express myself anyway anymore, even to my own parents and friends. But honestly, if I where you; I would bring up the topic of dating up to her one night and see how she feels about you or how her thoughts are towards yours. Don't be afraid to ever tell a person how you honestly feel about them because later down the road you could end up regreting something or i don't know. Sometimes I feel as if I do it threw myspace or text I feel as if I am being fake to myself.
