I've got a situation for you..... Options

All of my nearly 18 years of life, I have only had one person say yes when I asked her out. Only it fell through so miserably that I don't even consider it to have counted at all. She was addicted to an online game, not WoW oddly enough, and tha game had taken over her entire life. I could've lived with it, I as ready to go and get the game so I could play it with her when we weren't out. But then she has her friend give me a note that says along the lines of "Sorry, I changed my mind" and has not spoken to me since then.

It's been over a year now, and I've found the person I was really looking for the whole time. We are friends and everything. We work at the same job together, all of our friends know each other, we trust each other a lot and everything. But from past ordeals, I have a really hard time saying things in person that I do in texts and myspace...........

Any suggestions on how to fix that?

well just get over it. things happend you know but not everyone is going to be the same as your ex-girlfriend and to be honest its not very good to ask people out on myspace or text messages because it only seems that you dont care about them that much. Just get a grip and relax if things dont turn out at least you gave it a try.

if you feel so insecure just talk with a friend maybe the girl you want to go out with. GOOD LUCK!
