How do I turn a .RAR file into a .ABR file so I can add it as a brush? I downloaded a brush in deviantART. The person who made the brush said that the brush set was made on ps7, but it turned into a .RAR.
 Is there any possible way to turn a RAR file into a ABR file? Heeeeeelp!

You don't. You get winrar and open the .rar file.
