I reworded this paragraph so it was more clear.
I am building a site called Barbies Worst Nightmare and I'm going to have custom and one of a kind clothing and hair peices, as well as a collection of my graphics, and I made a LOGO for it. I'm trying to appeal to the more alternative punk scene crowd I suppose, so I wanted it to be cute but still edgy. So this is what I came up with after fiddling in photoshop for a few minutes. :) What do you think? What kind of image does it portray? I want to make sure it gets the message across correctly. and the lettering isn't part of it. I just put it there. Really what matters is the barbie head. :D

... For it being her "worst nightmare," she looks rather happy. I think if you could ... How do I make this sound nice?
De ... Cap ... I ... Tate? The Barbie, I mean. The floating head by itself just doesn't do it for me. XD Oh, and the green painnt under her eye looks like it's going into her eye. That's kinda painful, if you've ever had to use face paints ... Just, y'know, thought you might like to know. |

And really its supposed to be like...a symbol or something. I can't think of the right word for it. Its like what bands and companies have. I'm tired so my vocabulary is limited. Needless to say it would be like the visual graphic to represent barbies worst nightmare, which is kinda the creative design company I want to start. And its a floating barbie head because...well giving her a neck didnt make her edgy enough looking to me. I just imagine the market I'm going for, ripping the heads off of barbie and colring her hair pink with a highlighter. Thats what I'm going for. So bla bla thank you for your feedback :) Oh and the streak of color thing? I don't know. It just needed something. I think it looks snazzy? and I don't think a nose works. Its suposed to be fairly flat, vector graphic style. editl-- A LOGO!!! For God sakes. I'm s slow. anyway it is supposed to be a logo. Not just some random graphic you would display on a site. Its a logo. a logo.... |
