I'm looking forward to baking something this Valentine's Day and passing it out: a food that people would enjoy/look forward to this Valentine's Day.
I need something that is.. not typical (like chocolate chip cookies) but not over-the-top/gourmet (like a mousse) and most of all, can travel well and of course, somehow be associated with Valentine's Day (it doesn't have to directly be associated with Valentine's Day (like hearts), just as long as it fits the holiday, if y'know what I mean). If you have nothing to suggest, atleast tell me which one of the following you would prefer for Valentine's Day: • Chocolate-covered strawberries • Chocolate truffles • Molten lava cakes • Brownies And if you are planning to suggest something, a recipe (tested and successful results, if possible) would be nice (but its not necessary) as well! Thank you!

Cheesecake brownies!
Get a pan with small individual heart shapes, and then spray with cooking spray or line with heart shaped cups if you can find them. Fill with brownie mix, and then the cheesecake mix on top. Then you can decorate with pink and red icing, and anything else. To wrap them, just put them in the middle of some nice clear wrapping paper, gather it up and twist on top and tie with a bow or ribbons. |
