I believe that in time, history will eventually repeat itself. I mean, no matter how much you try to avoid having what happened in the past occur...it is yet to happen either way. Do you think it is possible to prevent history from repeating?
Please discuss. |

Well, I guess history can never really repeat itself, although if humans are too lazy or indifferent to try to change, then I suppose many cycles can be born.
Thinking about this makes my brain hurt. @_@ Well, the cycle of poverty is something that spins on and on and on. We've had tortures, genocides, and destruction of random minorities for a long time, too. I guess I think that history does not really 'repeat' itself, as much as people allow the basically same ideals play back into the present. If that makes any sense at all. |
