Staff member of the Month, February 2007 Options

Congrats to Rebecca (Duchess of Dork) for winning SoTM January 2007!

How it Works:
Members post on who they think has made the most impact on CB that month and deserves the title of Staff Member of the Month. Then, the votes will be tallied toe who wins! The members themselves vote on this, and any member who's not a part of the staff can vote. Staff can, however, suggest a mod they see deserving of the title.

Rules:
- You can vote for any type of staff member.
- You can only vote for one staff member.
- You can't vote for someone who's already won in the past 2 months.

I see that there's a bit of confusion about who can vote/nominate/etc.

For Member of the Month, members nominate and staff vote.

For Staff Member of the Month, members vote and staff suggest. (I don't see why staff cannot vote but that's okay.)

Probably because it isn't all too fair for staff members to be able to vote for members and their fellow co-workers. Whereas only members can vote for staff. The way it is now makes it even. At least that's what I'm assuming that person thought about when that rule was made up.
