Header image isn't showing up., HELP PLEASE ! ! ! Options

I read many posts here and none of them could help me.
So, i have a problem with my header. I did everything, and i still can't get it right. It still isn't showing up. And also my sidebar is f**ked up a bit. It looks like er...i don't know, double sidebar ? Uhh.
I used this LJ generator, and i made everything step by step.
I've read somewhere that i must have a webiste listed in my profile, so i did it and it didn't make any diference. It still isn't working properly.

Here's the code with the icon table which i'm trying to put in my entry. But it shows whole image not link to it.

Using the exact coding that you've placed in that post, the entry appears fine on a livejournal with no coding. It may be a clash between something within your css and the table coding of the entry? I'm not entirely sure.
