Whenever I'm in the middle of a really good silence, I always want to burst out laughing.
For example, if there's ever a time in class when everyone's just reading or being quiet, I can just feel the silence everywhereeeee, and I almost want to shout or sing or laugh. Some people I know cannot stand silence at all, hence they try to fill silences with mindless chatter... And some people can simply enjoy silence! Any thoughts on the matter? |

It really depends who I'm with and where I am when it gets silent. If I'm with people I'm comfortable with, such as my friends, it's all right. If it's with someone I've just met and we can't think of anything to say it's a bit awkward.
I don't mind silence though. It's good sometimes. |
