Height has always been a problem to me it seems like i can't grow and i know alto fo you are gonna be like learn to deal with it but i cant. It effects every aspect of my life in a negative way. i am turning 18 in two weeks and i cant beleive im only 5'4 is there any way im saying any way at all i can grow ??

If you want the easy route, I'd say stretch often, though I'm not sure how much that'll help you since you're already 18. Or you could lie in bed all day long to perhaps defy gravity.
But if you want to do it the hard way, take a vacation to Japan and get a leg-stretching operation. Basically, they'll break your legs and insert mechanical devices in your leg that will stimulate growth of new bones to replace the gaps of the broken bones, to put it rather simply.
