research project, topics |

I am assigned a research project about ANYTHING that is related to America in some way.
Since I cannot have more than 2 internet sources, I am stuck on what topics to write about, I try not to write about history because it's tedious. The topic must be "specific," you can't just say "World War II" it has to be specific "role of women in WWII." Any ideas on what topics I should write about? |

The development of technology in the US?
And maybe you could touch on the "Race To Space", the A-bomb, and Einstein, then transition into today's modern technology (like nanotechnology, biochemistry and all that stuff). But that might be too much research.  Hmm, I dunno. That's what I'd write about.. |
