The easiest way to do this on PSP is to first mess with the base coloring of your image.
In my PSP7, I do this: 1. Click Colors > Adjust > Hue/Saturation/Lightness 2. Adjust your colors by moving the Hue bar back and forth. 3. After you have a satisfactory color, click Colors > Posterize 4. Keep the Levels very small (like 2 or 3), then press Okay. That gives you something similar to your example. If you want different colors, like your example, simply select regions of your picture separately and follow the same steps with different colored hues. |
