Does this seem reliable? i never thought of this whole "toxic" situation. i thought eating healthy is perfectly fine.

It's true. Some people have a love handle because the junk in their colon is being weighted down.
Don't tell me that everytime you go poop that you really poop everything out. The colon has little grooves and things get stuck in them and after a while it accumulates. And since it stays there and it is waste, it is toxic and maybe get even more ewwy than before. |
