Everyone has some sort of routine they go through to get ready to go to sleep.But,its what you have do to actualy fall asleep im wondering about.


I have to read something (Usualy its a Harry Potter book) before I can zonk out.
And it sucks because sometimes I get home at like 2 am from work and i have to sit there and read or else i toss and turn all night long.

When I was younger I used to eat cookies and cold milk (warm milk is gross) and then id go to bed. laugh.gif

So what do you do to help you or make you fall asleep?

If I have time, I write in my journal about what happened that day at school or during the days I didn't write. I'm one of those people who wants to remember the details of everything.

I also listen to my iPod every night. It used to be that I listened to "Last Song" by Gackt before falling asleep, but now it's usually "On and On" by DBSK. They're both really soft and pretty songs.
