Okay so , Its been 4 months that I havent had my period I am 17 and I always have irregular periods but the longest I've ever went without a period is 3 months and there is no possible way I am pregnant. Do any of you girls have this or can give me some advice it would be very much apreciated Thanks!

Hmm yeah I dont eat alot of dairy or veggies or fruits so ill have to start.. But my other question! what day do you start birth control the first day of your period?
