Clubs Options

I think that there should be a category called "Clubs" in the Interests section. I think it would be easier to find club topics, and for all the clubs to be ordered in a section instead of scattered all around the forums. It's fine the way it is, but I think it would be more easier and organized to make a section for clubs.

Any thoughts about it?

The whole point of the Feedback Forum is that discussion and decision-making can take place where people can see it, so there's no problem with taking up space. That's what it is for.

Well, if you're still in development to reduce spam, which really shouldn't be that hard, then come talk to us when it's done. And you have sigs to advertise with, and you can ivite members who you know. If peope want to see it, it will be seen, so I wouldn't worry about that. And if you're successful in your mission or what have you, then i'm sure people will take notice of you.

but the fact remains that AT THE MOMENT, the thread is full of chit-chat, and so AT THE MOMENT, it is staying in the Sandbox.

Although actually having thought about it, given what your mission seems to be about, then the whol ething is more Feedback than Lounge realted than anything else, in trying to make the site a better place, and in that case, individual threads are more useful anyway. But even so, the thread belongs in the Sandbox for now.

The thread was given a few days, and the decison was made as a result of content, not the people who made it. It isn't a question of anyone disliking Josh, we're all professional enough to act objectively as far as that is concerned. Frankly, I don't care one way or the other about him, I would have moved that thread whoever had made it, given the mod discussion that had take place. It was a GROUP discussion. Everyone is equal in that everyone has the opportunity to create a thread which is appropriate for the Lounge, which the UT thread currently is not.

As far as the Zamunda tribe is concerned, the UT thread sparked the discussion, and Zamunda got drawn into it, ad Zamunda was moved as well, so that is really a non-issue.

Like I said, come back when the UT thread is appropriate for the lounge.
