Clubs Options

[Sorry if there's already a topic about this]

I think that there should be a category called "Clubs" in the Interests section. I think it would be easier to find club topics, and for all the clubs to be ordered in a section instead of scattered all around the forums. It's fine the way it is, but I think it would be more easier and organized to make a section for clubs.

Any thoughts about it?

The general CB policy is to keep subforms to a minimum, although it would make it easier to keep them out of the way. The race/ethnicity clubs that you mentioned are really the only ones that any staff could think of off the tops of our heads that weren't already somewhere that made specific sense. And those few topics realy don't justify a sub-forum.

And I understand that the Unholy Trinity thread requires things of it's members, and things like Feedback posts are just dandy, but it doesn't give any particular reason for the thread itself has any real weight to it. look at it now, and it's still all about chocolate milk and chemistry, so unless you're proposing that we move it to Food or School, then it's fine where it is. If you're getting members to make threads, then those threads will go where they need to be, too.

At the end of the day, we're still formulating a clear policy on this, so sit tight, becuase nothing is moving immediately.

Oh, you editted. The thread was given a chance. all of the tomato talk was before it was moved. And the mod discussion regarding it being moved was specifically relatde to that thread as well as the Zamunda tribe. we took the club's aim into full account. It isn't about people being targetted, whatever you guys may think, it's simply a matter of keeping things where they need to be.
