Very Irritated, >.< Options

So pretty much, on Monday morning everything was fine until I got into first period. A chick who everyone hates decided to get her hair cut exactally like mine. See, my hair is like my trademark I guess you could say. I live in a small town & everyone's hair is pretty much plain. But of course, me being me, is different. Anyways, it really pissed me off so I am looking for an amazing comeback. I am willing to try pretty much anything exept shaving it or a mohawk or something like that. I can't have any "unatural hair colors", otherwise I'll get kicked out of school. But neon red, blonde-ish white, ect. is not considered unatural because I've had both. I can't do anything MAJOR right now, because my hair has been dyed black & bleached & dyed almost white in the front so if I put anything else it in my hair will "burn up". But my hair grows fast & as soon as the blonde grows out, I'll be set. My hair is very thick, so I hate long hair because it is poofy, even if I striaghten it, layer it, ect.
Below are pictures of my current hair so you can gat a look of how it is. Basically, the girl got hers cut exactally the same, just not dyed. So any help would be appriciated. Thanks.

That reminds me of my friend, but it's not about hair.
She saw my friend A had this checkerboard Jansport backpack, she bought the same backpack a week later.
She saw my friend B had this hoodie, she bought it too and showed it to friend B "LOOK! I HAVE THE SAME JACKET AS YOU!" Then my friend was so pissed off.

I HATE COPYCATS LIKE THAT.

I luff checkeredboard stuff. I have a checkboard purse.
I swear, if she got the same hoodie &/or purse as me I would be forced to set her straight. I hate copycats too. I'm glad she liked my hair. I wish she would've just told me & came up with her own style rather than copying mine.
The bad thing, she did it to get everyone to think she was cool..I think. And now everyone hates her even more because they know she copied me. So now she's getting called a posuer by everyone. Hilarious, right?

Do the opposite. Blond hair with black something. Or neon red on the top, black in the middle, and red tips...

I've never dyed my hair in my life so I don't know if its possible to do that.

Or get blonde with reddish pink and if they say anything say that the red dye is sort of coming off.

That actually sounds pretty cool. But I don't really like plain blonde & we would have to bleach my entire hair to get the color blonde I like. My hair would burn up.
I'm thinking of maybe black, neon red, & blonde mixed together but I'm not sure.


As far as color wise, I'm thinking something like the link below. I am pretty sure that's something like what I want. As for the cut, I'm lost.
