annoyed with friends..., idk what to do.... Options

so these past few weeks have been really hard on me. i've been in and out of the hospital and still have more time to spend in there for tests and stuff because there is a possibility i have multiple sclerosis or something else but still serious. the first night in the hospital one of my friends who i barely see came and sat with me for 2 hours and i really appreciated it. as for a few other friends who are supposibly my best friends and what not, are really starting to act like they don't care. they don't call to ask how i feel or anything but only to complain about their fight with their boyfriend or to talk about how much fun the club was and don't get me wrong, i have no problem with that when i feel alright but with everything going on, it's really the last thing i really wanna deal with and it just feels like they don't care. i obviously can't go to the club since i can barely stand without collapsing for more than a minute so i feel like she's calling and rubbing it in even though i don't think she means to. and as for the friend who complains about her boyfriend constantly, idk what to think on that one. i just don't know what to do because it's like people that barely know me care more than the people i'm with all the time. any advice on this would be helpful...thanks...

Anyway, your best friends seem to be drama queens who can't get over themselves... which typically don't make such good friends.

Hang out with the other girl more.
