I think a lot ofpeople have to wear glasses or contacts. I do it myself. Do you wearany kind of eyewear? and how strong a presciption do you need?
my glasses are -7 and my contacts are -6 |

I wear Ortho-K.
They're similar to hard contacts, but designed for the night. I put them in when I'm going to sleep and I take them out in the morning - then I can see! It's so much better than glasses or regular contacts (been there, done those) and I absolutely love them! It's getting more popular now, and I can definitely see why. I would recommend this to anybody with a prescription.  |
