What is the most deceiving album cover in your collection?
I hate when a band has an ugly album cover. I guess it's one of my pet peeves. I recently found my copy of Guano Apes album of 1999 “Proud like a god.” I fell in love with this band and album over night. I remember being at the music store searching for the album and when I found it the cover grossed me out so much. I guess it fits with the bands name because it’s a bat but the picture is kind of disturbing. ![]() What examples do you have of great albums with terrible covers? |

![]() This cover is from Dead Kennedys' Frankenchrist LP. I personally don't see the point in it, nor how it is shocking or representative of the contents of the album. It's old men riding their grandsons' battery toy cars, woohoo =|. |
