white-americans who group all asian nationalities together as "chinese" Options

i feel that it's rude and stupid and of course asians can't tell what nationalities whites are, "italians? polish? swedish?" etc .. it's hard. so we just group them together as "whites" like what everyone calls them .. but we're ASIANS .. yes .. there's chinese, jap, korean, viet, filipino, thai, ALL EFFING kinds .. so why do they have to group us together a "CHINESE" .. can't they just say "asian" instead of "chinese" ??? god damn. if they can't exactly tell what we are, they should just say we're asian or yellow or whatever .. saying "chinese" to every asian that might not even be chinese is rude and offensive .. yes im saying most white ppl are like this .. how would they feel if i went up to every white person saying they were german? when there's all kinds of european nationalities? exactly consider our feelings too u bunch of crackers

YEAH BUT I DON'T GROUP ALL WHITES AS GERMANS, ALL BLACKS AS JAMAICANS, ALL HISPANICS AS MEXICANS, OR ALL ASIANS as chinese .. and indians-arabs are very hard to tell and that's only 2 for me, for whites, it's almost every nationality they can't tell .. so they have to categorize them all as chinese like dumbasses .. and has to make them feel uncomfortable.

I don't see how they'd be hard to tell apart, but that's just me. Honestly, I don't think it would be that huge of a deal if it was an honest mistake. Someone simply being too forward with their assumptions. I'm sure if I mistook someone for being of a different nationality that they wouldn't attack me for it. If they would they would've taken things way too seriously. I've been mistaken for something I'm not... but it's not like I take out a bat and beat the truth into them. I've simply brushed it off and corrected them. It's really nothing to get offended by unless they were honestly being rude and calling you offensive names along with a nationality that you aren't.
