When I pick up the phone, they treat me like a little kid because I kinda sound like one.
 Plus, they always pronounce my parents' names wrong..Hmm, I guess they're kinda friendly. But there was this one that started screaming at me.  The guys that you call for customer service are pretty cool. Unless they're really impatient or put you on hold for like 62123 hours. |
