Programs you have: GIMPshop Experience Ehh...I'm not a rookie but I'm definitely not experienced. I've made a bunch of avatars. I think I make okay icons. Aaand...a few banners. I've started many vectors.  I'm pretty sure I'm able to do this, but there needs to be more details about the whole contest and deadlines and such... Applicant can't participate any longer.
