How do you lose stomach weight without losing in any other places? Is that even possible? I run everyday &excersize for like maybe 10 minutes every day, which is not a lot. Should I watch what I eat?

Yes, definitely try to eat healthier. That doesn't mean totally cutting out junk food and extremely high-fat food, but just eat them in moderation and try to replace them with healthier snacks instead.
Try working out for at least 20 to 30 minutes a day. Ten minutes a day won't really help you lose your stomach fat unless it's some really intense exercise you're doing. Also try to vary the kind of stomach/ab exercises you do because if you do the same ones every day, your body gets used to them and you won't burn as much fat. |
