Dry Skin, on the foot? |

On my feet during the summer, the bottom of my feet and my toes start to peel like severly and I don't know why. It doesn't look like there's like a disease on them or anything, but the skin start to peel off. Any ideas? I have tried putting lotion on, but it really doesn't do much.

in the summer? is it itchy/ because it could be athletes foot.
if not, and it's just dry and peeling, it'sprobably just friction with sandals |
