I had to make some for a school assignment on To Kill A Mockingbird (southern food.) So i made oven fried chicken. I used crushed chips, salt, pepper and baked it. I'm going to eat it in a few minutes now. Has anyone ever tried oven fried chicken or made it? If so, what recipe did you use?

ohh i really like it
i ate it at school once but it was horribly disgusting but then my brother made some a few weeks ago and it was REALLY GOOD
