1. In the navigation box at the bottom, NAVIGATION is in size 8 font and I want it to be size 7... I've looked everywhere in my code to change it but I can't find it. HELP?

2. How can I get the date and subject to be on the same line and have the date on the right and the subject on the left????

(And also, my layout doesn't show up in IE so....)

Livejournal by default sets "navigation" to 8pt in its default layout css. To remedy this, add this somewhere between your style tags in your global_head:
.index {font-size:7pt;}

I'll look into the IE issue.
