height of boxed xanga Options

I need help with the height of my boxed xanga

I have to brag a little, with the help of this forum I've set up my page all by my little self and am quite proud.
Anyway, I was wondering if there is a way to make the height equal to that of the page.... does that make sense?
I basically don't want a scroll bar for the height, i just want it to go all the way to the bottom
I've searched A LOT and can't find an answer, so i thought I'd just ask.

Moving it to the bottom of the header made an empty box on the top of the page, and then the rest of my xanga outside of the box and below it :-(
