For PSP.
1. Okay - posterize your image like before. 2. Now, create a new layer and set it on "Overlay." 3. You can paint colors on top of your picture, similar to your example. Do this for several different images with different colors, and then place them in squares in a new image to get your final product. It's not the "exact" way to do that, but it's the easiest. |
