Snow Crash, Anyone read it? Options

Has anyone here ever read the novel Snow Crash by Neal Stephenson? It's kind of a nerdy book, but I imagine some people here are nerdy enough to have read it.

I've studyied glossolalia once before (only the Biblical incedent), and I thought it was interesting to think of sounds as being kind of the fundamental bits of human programing, because if you think about it, it really makes sense... all our brains do is put them in order.

i alos thought the idea of the digital drug was really interesting, given that when the book was written, the internet wasnt as huge or as widely used by the average joe as it i now... I can actually see it happening if someone thinks hard enough about it. It also mad eme think of cb in way... i suppose forums like this are just the first step towards a metaverse...
