Have you ever looked for a word to describe something but couldn't find the right ones? I know it happens to me a lot, but this word got me thinking: "mamihlatanapai". The most succinct word in any language, it means "'Looking at each other hoping that the other person will do something that both parties want but neither is willing to do."
Personally, I think there needs to be a word for that feeling that slightly woozy feeling you get when the elevator reaches your floor. ![]() |

Recently i waited until the last day to do a history term paper and ended up staying up till 4 am finishing. All in all I spent fourteen hours straight on the paper and I'm wondering...
What would be a good word for the feeling of utter exhaustion and cramping from too many energy drinks but at the same time extreme joy that the paper is amazing and you know its better than anyone in the class could have possibly written AND you finished it at the last damn second ![]() I find its the extreme emotions and combinations of them that need new words to describe them.. or else your just short-changing your emotional expression -philler da' killer |
