they HAVE to make their kids learn an instrument .. it'll be most likely a guitar or the piano. they'll have you playing golf as a sport rather than football/basketball. they're too strict about your school performances.

No they don't force me to do activities that I don't want to do. I pretty much do what I want, as long as it doesn't affect my studies.
