uh, spam deleting my navbar? Options

my navbar is gone, cause i did have spam on my page, but i delted the crap out of my heroes and books that i didnt put in there and changed my password, but my navbar is now gone and i've tried deleting all different codes in my profile, and the navbar is still gone.




any help?
