I'm on cB periodically and I realize how different the atmosphere is since I started out here, and in general, since my last obsessive visits here. (I'm not too sure if any of you remember me. I haven't changed my obnoxious screenname since I first registered.)
I'm wondering how the older members feel cB has changed over the last year, two years, etc. What has happened? What new is there? I hope that this can bring back some entertaining memories from the past as well. Reflection time? I hope so. Haha. |

The last time I talked to you, I think you were kind of annoyed with me for draggting you into the middle of something. Sorry about that. Hahaha. I think it has changed a lot. Intelligent conversation, though it seems to be making a bit of a comeback, has decreased a lot. The maturity level has dropped considerably, and the cliques make even less sense now. It seems like the people used to be cooler based on design talent and interesting posts, whereas now it seems to be more centered around who's saying stupid crap in chat all the time. And at some point, there was the whole thing where people got so scared to post even borderline spam in topics by being slightly off topic, that everything became unbearably dull. And as a result, most people are now unbearably dull. I miss the times of all of you guys. And I miss the drama. Screw seriousness, it was fun. I knew how stupid it was at the time, but it was still amusing, and that's really all that matters to me. |
