Sometimes I just have nothing to talk about with people. OK let me rephrase that; Most of the time I just have nothing to talk about with people. Even with people I've known for years and believe me, I was never a shy type of person but my problem has become that bad it makes me look I am. Carrying a conversation is the hardest thing for me now. My mind is blank....

Now in the form of a question. lolz. Is there something I can do to help me feel more like myself and carry on conversations better? Try slowly integrating yourself into groups of people. Try to talk more during class (like volunteer to answer a question or give some feedback on what you think about a particular subject) and even try meeting new people. Sometimes it takes time and you will get frustrated because you cant talk to everyone but you can try. Dont be afraid of making a fool out of yourself. Any type of screw up can be turned into something good. |
