A fungus, I know, but I love them.
In cooking class, my teacher asked who liked mushrooms, my hand shot right up and I was the only one who raised my hand, everyone yelled at me for likng them. Weird, but I love them. So do you like mushrooms? What do you like them in? |

I don't like ALL mushrooms, especially some of the reconstituted ones my parents get... but portabellos are amazing. i don't know how my parents cook them, but it's just by themselves as a dish, in their own juices. it's super good.
