I remember in this one Seinfeld episode, in his opening monologue he says that according to a national poll, more people are afraid of public speaking than death itself. He joked that that means that a funeral, most would rather be in the coffin than doing the eulogy.
 How afraid are you with public speaking, and what's so frightening? I talk a lot IRL, it's kind of ridiculous. I can go on and on and on, even during a timed presentation. I used to be so shy around adults, but now I love public speaking. Powerpoint presentations are  .

I was always shy around people if I had to make a speech or read something, but today, for example, I had to audition in front of 50 other kids for a part in a play, and I wasn't even nervous at all. Very odd for me, but hey. Maybe I'm coming out of my shell a little
 but yeah. Whenever I had to make speeches before, my mouth would go really dry right before and I'd stutter, so I thought chewing gum would help. It did, but I ended up having points knocked off of my grade for it.
