Well you know that asian people has straight hair. Well how do you make your hair curly without getting any perm? Any tips?

Curl it.
 Jaykay, that was dumb. Use a curling iron, then hairspray. Don't run your fingers through it too many times though, unless you're going for a more messy curl. |
