if youre trying to eat healthier/lose weight, which is more important to look at? the number of calories there is, or the number of fat calories?

i didnt know that there was both..
a normal person's calorie intake is about 2000. dont excede that limit. thats how you gain weight. same with grams of fat. a normal person's intake on that is about 60 grams. excede that and you gain weight. |
