^ With Paint Shop Pro, most definitely.
I don't have PSP, do I wouldn't know how to though. But i'm pretty sure it would be same as PS, except the tool names and places may be different. Sorry about the paint and power point thing, I though you just meant a collage because the image didn't show up before. |
