Big letters and text align Options

I'm using a pre-made layout at my myspace which I'm editing a bit. And ther'e two things that's bottering me, the first is that all the letters are big. I like it at some parts off the oage, but not in the about me part. When I try to edit the text to arial the letters still comes out big, i guess it's somewhere in the CSS coding but Im better at html and I can't really see what all the diffrnt parts mean. Can anyone pleace tell me where I should change the coding.

Then there's the text-align which is centered, I like it at all the red-text part, and by the picture. but it's the same heere I don't want it at my "about me" part when i try to change it to left there's ony the parts that I want to be centerd wich change.
