okay so I wanted to request a layout and i get a message saying that i have to post at least 50 post? so how in the world do I do that? i have posted more than 4 times. it says i have only posted 4 times. ill never get to 50 if thats the case. i guess ill never get to request anything

Yes, that's the requirement.
Don't worry! Just post around cB; get to know people, and you'll be to 50 in no time. Some people even make 100 posts in one day. If you post in the Sandbox, it doesn't add to your post count. Just a heads up.
