Ok, so my application for Cambridge University was rejected a couple of days ago. Well, actually, that's not strictly true, but I wasn't on the initial acceptance list, and so my chances of getting in have declined steeply, and essentially, I felt rejected.
So, naturally, I sulked all day. Then, I threw my iPod out of temper, and it landed in a thorn bush, so i had to spend 30 minutes crawling through extremely dense thorn bushes, and then a further ten minutes extracting a thorny twig from ym hair, where it had become tangled. which made my mood complete. Basically, I don't handle rejection well. So. How do you handle rejection? When did you last get rejected from something you really wanted? |

At this point in my life, I handle rejecting pretty well. That goes for personal relationships, job opportunities, credit applications (LOL) to missing a bus.
I figure something doesn't work out, fine. I might be better suited elsewhere anyway. |
