- The CB environment:

Members: This site thrives on it's members. It's the members that make this site what it is. Without users this site wouldn't mean anything. We will always have a need for more members. New members on this site need to be appreciated and welcomed. They have to feel as if they apart of this community. Instead, new members on this site are faced with a cold and harsh world. Honestly, there are so many "clicks" on this website that it hasqu become an extremely hostile environment. I don't care about mentioning names in this situation. I have seen plenty of new members enter the Relationship forums only to be cussed at for their stupidity by "krnxswat". If I was a new member I would have no reason to become a dedicated member if my first experience on the site was ruined by some jerk calling me stupid in the most offensive way they possibly can or bashing me for my less than perfect grammar skills because they can't find any other reason to make fun of me. Also, I see many people get away with things just because they have seniority on the website. New members and Old members should all be treated equally. I will make it a goal to stick strictly to the rules of the site, and treat all members fairly.

i agree with this 76 percent. i remmber being a noob not too long ago and i got bashed out of no where.[it was taken care of] but even i as a mod would want anynew member to feel as if they were welcome to come and post here. i remmber my first couple weeks here i can openly admit that i was self conscious about starting topics for the reason that someone might find one thing wrong with my topic and go on and on about it.
so i do agree &support him on that.
however i dont feel there are cliques on here i think there are just that one group of people on here that can relate to you that you always talk to and feel like they have your back somewhat but with that ive never seen any "hostility" of any kind
then theres the part about new and old member superiority
ive never seen it on here i find that all members get treated equaly ive seen threads of all kinds get closed noob or not to me its all the same.
but i dont know.
