Well i dont really need some but i just thought it will be a good topic to have.
Im to lazy/buissy(how do you spell it lol) to type out alot of it but...
to get bigger arms its essential to work on your triceps most. I read that its 2/3 of the actual look when looking at someone with buffed arms. Get however much weight you think suitable and laydown on the ground and put the dumbell behind your head.Bring it up so that you are pointing straight to the ceiling and bring it down.
For sixpack/stomach etc you should focus on lower ab exercises because thats where the weight gain is, also situps arent as cracked up to be because they can actually hurt your back. Ill write more later when i have time but feel free to discuss.
