Hi,
I have found myself continually looking at porn. I want to stop, and tell myself I won't do it anymore, but it still happens. Does anyone have any advice as to methods of stopping? |

Its called "Pain Reenforcement" and the key is to cause your brain to associate porn with pain. That way, when you think about porn, you think about pain and your brain tends to avoid the thought. Try it sometime. Its how I got over drinking. |
