Has anyone here ever read the novel Snow Crash by Neal Stephenson? It's kind of a nerdy book, but I imagine some people here are nerdy enough to have read it.

i just started this book today (Christmas <3) and i'm already reall yinto it... if for no other reason that constantly trying to make my brain pronounce Da5id is mental excercise |

No explanation is given for the use of the 5; best idea I've heard is that 5 == V in Roman numerals. |
